「This place was a hidden gem. It looks just like the pictures but even better. The room came with amenities and there was even happy hour in the lobby. We loved being by the water and it was close to the trail to go for a walk. The staff was super helpful and told us all the places they recommend.」

「The room is a little bit small than I thought. I booked a twin room and expect there are 2 bed separate. However the room is too small so it is only 2 separate mattresses puting together. Besides that, everything is fine. I super love it's rooftop view! Super beautiful for watching Tokyo Skytree (and should be excellent for watching Sumidagawa Fireworks Festival)」

「Although it only takes 10 minutes trains to Tokyo station, the necessary walk from the p Keiyo line platform to any exit or any other platforms is long. Minimize the number of trip to Tokyo station.」

「The lavatory and shower room is separated. We cannot put dirty and clean clothes inside the shower room and it is very inconvenient. It is better to change the shower room to bathtub and combine with the closet as on room.. The laundry service is good with 3 machines. The JR station nearby is not convenient for large luggage. There is only stairs for going up and down.」

「Hi, This is our second time stay at Tokyo East Side Hotel Kaie. However, our experience this time isn't that good. 1. The bathroom sink had lots of moles and dirt. I tried using a toothbrush to scrub it and they were removable. 2. There were lots of dusts on the air ventilators. 3. The air conditioner wasn't functioning properly. Half of the room was very hot while the other half of the room was very cold. My girls were sweating while they were sleeping because there was no air conditioning...
