“Loved the location and the property setup. Very spacious for a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) and was so close to everything. Room was clean, modern and had all that we needed. The bathroom was separated into 3 rooms which made it really functional and ideal so 3 people could be in there at the same time (shower, toilet, sink). All hotel bathrooms should be like this! Also came with a washing machine which was easy to use and worked well. Very good value for what we got and it was so close to……

“the room is nice and clean. kitchen is awesome, washing machines is awesome, iron is awesome, ac is awesome. i would book the room here if i visit Tokyo again! but the thing i want to said is: pls make the room on the 1st floor look more obvious so to let other guests know that there’s a room out there. 2) the slippers would stick on ur feet if u r not wearing ur socks/ when ur feet were wet.”

“The hotel is self service type, don’t expect service of normal hotel. Still I met a staff during check and she is nice and helpful. The room has a double bed, which is a bit small (kind of standard in Japan). But it provides sofa bed for 3 more guests. So it is good for family of 4-5. The room is pretty new. “We booked for a group of 8 adults and a toddler for 3 nights. It was a nice change from tiny hotel rooms! Each floor has its own bathroom, kitchen, king bed, sofas, and Japanese style sleeping mats. Each floor also has a washer/dryer and projector screen. Very spacious! It was also very clean, including the outdoor spaces. Check in and check out were a breeze. The quiet location was great.
