Incredible House / Highly Recommend

Incredible house - just as advertised. I rented it Feb 5-8th for my 40th bday and it lived up to all my expectations. Location was fantastic. StayMarquis was great to work with. Look fwd to using them again soon.

A Gorgeous Escape

The house is exceedingly comfortable and beautifully designed with lovely spaces to be together or apart. We spent most of our indoor time in the kitchen / living room / dining area which is light and relaxed. There's an adjacent library with a large tv, desk, comfortable sofa and chairs - which is ideal to work or watch a movie. There's a formal dining room and living room that we never used other than to play backgammon as well as a second library with a desk off of the formal living room. The house is built to a higher standard than anything we've previously rented or seen available to rent. As nice as the house is, the highlight of the property is outside. It's quiet and tucked away. The patio has several well conceived spaces - to eat, gather, read or relax. The view from the queen size daybeds is of a row trees, an expansive lawn and a farmer's field with the next house well into the distance. The large pool is nicely and simply landscaped to create visual separation from the patio and house on one side and the large lawn on the other. The pool house is ideal for guests. The tennis court is close to the house but off to the side and well protected from the wind. We had a wonderful time and recommend this house and property highly to any family or group of friends.
