Discover this charming holiday flat in Neddesitz near the enchanting Baltic Sea coast, which offers cosy space for up to 3 people. Situated on the ground floor of a historic building, it is the perfect retreat for anyone looking for peace and quiet surrounded by nature without sacrificing comfort. The interior of the flat lacks nothing: a bedroom that can be darkened and the enormous peace and quiet guarantee a restful night's sleep, while the inviting bathroom has a shower. In the kitchen, a 2-ring hob, oven, coffee machine, capsule machine (Dulco Gusto) and kettle increase the comfort during your stay. This is complemented by the use of renewable energy by means of solar energy and a heat pump for an environmentally friendly stay.

The outdoor area boasts a terrace for exclusive use, which offers direct access to the flat and borders the neighbouring forest. This terrace seems to be made for relaxing hours and peaceful walks in the surrounding nature.

The location of the holiday flat combines tranquillity and accessibility: although it is located on the edge of the forest, the town centre is just 600 metres away with an adventure pool including an indoor playground and various restaurants. There is a very good and inexpensive launderette (washing machines and tumble dryers). There is also a bike hire service. For water sports enthusiasts and beach lovers, the beach and water sports facilities are only 6 kilometres away. Additional attractions such as the small Königsstuhl at the chalk quarry and the proximity to the Jasmund National Park make the location particularly attractive.

Kleines idyllisches Örtchen

Wir waren mit unserem 3 jährigem Knirps vor Ort. Alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit, Strand Glowe oder Binz schnell zu erreichen (Auto). Vermieter am Objekt freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Brötchen mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Wer es gesselig und voller Menschen mag, der ist hier falsch. Wir würden wieder hinfahren!
