「First of all, my Oyster card which was inserted to keep the electricity on, was gone after the housekeeping. Second, the room I stayed in was very noisy. I could hear other residents scrolling up / down their curtain. Every time there was someone passing by the corridor, opening or closing the door, I could hear it very clearly. There is no view at all from my room. 」

「I live in the hotel for 19 days, but no one help me make up my room even I giving extra tips. Services is horrible! Never recommend to anyone.」

「We chose the Easyhotel for our 1 night stop over in Dublin because it was in close proximity to the Guinness & Jameson experiences. The staff were very friendly & the entrance area was welcoming. The rooms are small but that fits in with the ethos of the hotel I guess & for a one night stop didn’t really bother us. We struggled with the one incredibly thin pillow we were provided though so I would suggest they offer the option of additional pillows. The area surrounding the hotel looks less...

「It is a very pleasant stay. i stayed there for 5 nights. receptionist and hotel staff are nice, helpful and cheerful. very good location as well, couple min walk to shopping street ( also very close to bus centre 👍). have supermarkets around if u may need that. will stay there again when i go dublin in the future」

「We liked this hotel for its location and cleanliness and friendly staff. We reserved 3 rooms for 5 of us so we had ample space. I was personally put in a weird bunk bed room that I didn’t reserve ( so definitely not a VIP upgrade which I’m entitled to). My kids were in very large doubles which I was also supposed to have alone. While getting dressed 3 kids in their 20s walked in on me half naked…THEY were supposed to have the bunk room! It was very embarrassing. But I guess mistakes are made....

「A high end hotel for great value. Breakfast was buffet style and high quality with choice. Concierge and greet staff were friendly and informative. Receptionists were professional and the room was big and comfy and clean. Great location. Bus straight outside to the airport. Book this place for sure!」

「My room was not vacuumed daily. I was there for 3 nights. I found things I hadn’t even known I had dropped on the floor. Staff friendliness was hit and miss. Great location for walking to Grafton Street. 」
