“Short stay in Sandpoint was lovely! Mindy and family were great hosts and accommodations were comfortable, beautifully decorated and well stocked for a short stay or even longer. Location was ideal for a night out in downtown Sandpoint, walking distance to street festival and local venue for a show. We would definitely recommend this little nook to anyone traveling to Sandpoint area.”

“Host was very sweet and had the whole place set up for romance, rose petals, robes, chocolates the whole nine yards! Me and my boyfriend were celebrating our 12th anniversary together and wanted some relaxing alone time and thats exactly what we got! Spent the night listening to the rain and warming up in the hot tub! Host replied very quickly when we needed help. Gets cold at night, but the comforter is very warm! The neighbor is cute and quiet and walking distance to downtown Sandpoint. Great communication with the owners. You can't go wrong here.”

“We were here to see family and go to silverwood. This was such great place to start and end our days! There’s lake access with canoes and kayaks that I wish we could have used more. It was so great to go out and sit by the lake in the quiet of the morning. Really cute place. Modern. Clean. Owners are super friendly.”

“I was impressed with the property owner? / manager? I hadn't heard about some of the check-in details and was a little nervous. I sent an email and had a response in less than 10 minutes with all of the details I needed as well as contact information for when I was on the road. It is a nice place and I really appreciated the quick response.”

“Our family really enjoyed our stay at this adorable house. The space was super clean and updated. Robin left us all kinds of treats and goodies. The space is a downstairs apartment with 2 other units above. We really enjoyed meeting the neighbors. We were able to walk to the lake a few blocks over and it is a walkable distance to all the downtown restaurants and City Beach. I would recommend contacting the host directly for any listing questions. We were very satisfied and will return again!……

“My husband and I love this apartment! We’ve stayed here twice now. It is very clean and quiet. The mattress is very comfortable, which we appreciate since we don’t usually sleep well away from home. Not the case here! We always sleep well and wake refreshed. There’s a living area with plenty of room to relax and even a balcony with views nearby mountains. It is located close to many amenities and restaurants if you don’t want to cook. I highly recommend staying here next time you visit Sandpoint……

“We loved our stay, it was exactly what we wanted. The host was great and accommodating. The only suggestion we have would be a pantry cabinet or something like that. We like to "move in" at our rentals, and didn't really have room for our food in the cabinets, so we kept most of our food in one of our travel boxes. Not a huge deal, wouldn't keep us from coming back.”

“Overall, I enjoyed my stay in this cabin. It is very clean and rustic with a nice cozy "woodsy" feel. The owner, Sandy was very easy to deal with and even provided an electric fan for me. My only complaint is that there was construction noise from a work crew next door and loud music from a house nearby on a Saturday night. Not deal breakers though. Cabin has a microwave and fridge. All bedding is provided. There is a porta-john and hand washing station on the premises as well. There is internet……
