「客房整潔，只是洗髮露和沐浴乳沒有充好。景觀很美，早餐超級好吃！」

「All are good including the beautiful sea view, delicious breakfast and food in restaurants. ONLY one thing, water leaking from the shower area to the toilet floor, even after repair work, still could not fit it.」

「Amazing in the hotel environment and food, especially dinna with different theme everyday. But the beach bar is terribly unfriendly for the food offer, only care about close, even require to have something before closing, a lot of excuses not to provide. Need to be enhanced especially for this leader or manager as he is too rude and not thinking to provide service to guest」

「There are no entertainment options besides the swimming pool. The food in all the restaurants is very basic and doesn't live up to 5-star standards, and the animation team doesn't do any activities … 😡😡😡」

「Great resort with expansive lagoon pool and direct access to Red Sea. Many food options and direct access to next doors waterslides was a hit with the kids! Staff were awesome and ensured we were well looked after. Highly recommend.」

「Keys in hand vacation and activities for all Most do if you plan to go to Hurghada Egypt in a modern style with Pharaonic ancient architecture views with the magnificent Red Sea to complete the dream vacation Love it 100%」

「Great experience, hotel was great and staff were above and beyond. Spa was awesome, beach is great. This is a green hotel, if you don't like green initiatives, do not go Very difficult to organise and get to scuba diving ( the only down side for me, would have loved a better experience)」
