不满意：清洁度、员工和服务、服务设施、住宿条件和设施

Arnaque.. difficulté à avoir les clés ( plus de 2h d attente) appartement avec affaires d autres personnes... réfrigérateur qui fuit .. cuisine inondé d eau... réfrigérateur avec nourriture entamé... affaires dans l armoire appartenant à d autre personnes. Le monsieur nous a dit de remettre les affaires a une personne qui repassera dans la soirée.. nous avons décidé de quitter l appartement immédiatement. Le propriétaire refuse de nous rembourser et ne répond même plus a nos appels. Une belle arnaque..50 Euros dans le vent...
