“Very clean and Quite good for the room”

“Loved that it was walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Old Quebec. Didn’t like that there was no parking available and had to use public parking. The hosts were great in giving parking options and quick to respond to messages. Very clean and modern apartment. Not the usual feeling of a hotel room. Overall were satisfied and would recommend to family and friends ”

“Good location! Everything is like photo showed on Expedia booing page. It's clean and with all household facilities. We even used kitchen to prepare a simple breakfast. But there is no receptionist on the site, the booking style is more like short-term rental. If anything happened, don't know customer will get immediate help or not???? Suggest landlord should list the deposit pre-charge and inform people who is interested to book this loft to know the pre-charge deposit is 3 times than one……

“Great location for touring Quebec’s best attractions - walkable although there are some hills. The property never contacted me for a security deposit and when I wasn’t given the code to check in, I called them but was only given the option to leave a message. I had to phone several times to finally find out why I was not given a code to check in. Also the directions they gave told me to go to the red roof building, but the building doesn’t have a red roof, it’s silver. The bedrooms were very……

“Super appartement dans un quartier défavorisé. Confort du lit incroyable, mais le divan lit… ouf… par pour les 40 ans et plus ahahah! Pourrait etre un peu plus garni au niveau des accessoires en cuisine, mais le strict necessaire y est. Belle communication Heureuse de mon week end”

“Pros: Property was clean and well-maintained. Parking was close to the property Cons: there’s no a/c inside the rooms. A/C is only available in the main living area. Stove was not working properly. ”

“We had a great time staying in this unit for a short vacation to visit Quebec city. The location was great; It was 14 minutes walk to reach old city which was plenty close enough for us. There are also restaurants and shops within two or three blocks. The unit was very clean upon our arrival. Check-in was a breeze and the apartment is probably a little nicer than it appears in the photos. The pool on the 12th floor rooftop was nice and warm and very beautiful. The views from the roof were……
