Although authenticity has been preserved in the renovation, comfort and modern amenities make for a pleasant stay. On the ground floor: friendly space that can be used as a summer kitchen with a huge wooden table but also as a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and sink. Direct access to the private terrace and the island. Independent WC with hand basin. Unheated space.
On the 1st floor: living room with lounge and fireplace, dining room and kitchen.
On the 2nd floor: landing with a reading corner enjoying a direct view of the "Creuse" river, a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm), a bathroom with toilet. A sleeping area n°2 with 2 single beds (90x200 cm)
On the 3rd floor on the mezzanine: a sleeping area n°3 with a double bed (140x190 cm). The stairs are quite steep and not very wide to access the mezzanine.
Possibility of 3 additional beds on request (€15 supplement per person): 1 single bed in bedroom no. 1
Outside: At the front of the gîte, possibility of parking several vehicles, at the rear private terrace above the river and access to the island.
The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash cans), heating and electricity with reasonable and reasonable consumption - if the gîte's heating is electric you have 15 Kwh per day (the excess will have to be paid on site to the hosts).
