"Séjour d’une nuit , très bonne climatisation , lit fantastique, L’ascenseur était en panne , on m’avait prévenue par mail et on m’avait donné une chambre au rdc. Mais personne ne m’a aidée pour monter et descendre mes valises dans l’escalier jusqu’au parking souterrain"

"Réservation tardive, à destination, je ne trouvais pas l’entrée de l’hôtel. J’ai essayé trois fois d’appeler la hotline sans réponse.quand j’ai enfin trouvé l’entrée. J’ai eu une réponse de la hotline, personne charmante qui m’a donné toutes les instructions nécessaires pour accéder à ma chambre, ..."

"There is no laundry facilities. No washer or dryer. La buanderie only has extra towels, soaps, etc… this is lost in translation. We were disappointed as we were half way thru our trip and booked this thinking we could do our laundry."

"Our stay at Louise and James‘ gite was a fantastic retreat for the whole family. Everybody got their favorites: the kids enjoyed slashing in the beautiful pool, which had a superb lounge area alongside for the parents to relax and enjoy the bbq. Thx to Louise‘s tips we discovered the beautiful city ..."
