“The description and photos of the property did not match the actual property. When we arrived there was no furniture on the deck, no microwave, coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, or grill. There was only one pint drinking glass, and one 10 ounce tumbler glass. There was no ice maker or kitchen island. There was flatware for only two people, including a steak knife that had paint residue on it from opening a paint can. The wireless internet was weak since it was being fed from the upstairs……

“Once again, a wonderful time at Villa Bougainvillea. From the minute you enter into through the gated community and see the monkeys running free and smell the ocean air you know your stay is going to be fantastic. The villa is spacious super modern from the coral tile throughout to the appliances actually built into the cabinetry. “My stay was WONDERFUL. Unit 4 was incredibly nice. The view amazing. Was able to watch/view the sunrise and sunset. The property manager, Millicent was very kind, accommodating and helpful. I felt safe in the neighborhood. I didn’t walk anywhere but it wasn’t a long drive to get around. Went to the recommended carabola beach. Unit had all key complimentary staple food (milk, OJ, water). “Our stay at Pirates Cove was fantastic! Our family was so at home in this residence! It was a great fit for our family and the location was perfection! The pool is so underutilized and the beach was nearly private the entire time we were there. The water was warm and calm for little kids and adults alike to enjoy and Barefoot Beach Bar and food was superb! The house is well stocked and has everything you need. A cleaning service came mid week to reset the home which was an excellent touch we……

“Great location and spectacular views. Nice yard. The house is spacious and must have been fantastic when it was new. Regretfully, it needs some improvements. Water leaked into dining room when it rained, dishwasher and oven didn’t work, kitchenware old and worn, several cracks in masonry, furniture old, master bedroom AC inadequate (we had to sleep in another bedroom).
