Villas in Saint Anne Sandy Point Parish

"Great location and wonderful restaurants. Loved the island."

"Sitting on the deck was wonderful all day with strong cool ocean breezes. We watched the clouds around Mount Nevis in the afternoon and the stars after dinner. Any minor issues were quickly addressed by Franklyn, and we made a forever friend in Midnight, the cat, who kept us safe all week!"

"The house was spacious and perfect for my family. It has a very warm welcome. Security system, parking space, backyard and hot tub were perfect additions. Ricky was very responsive and even brought us a very delicious pineapple. I like running and was able to run around the neighborhood. Very safe neighborhood, clean and quiet. Close enough to the airport."

"My family had a fantastic time. The views and access to the sea was perfect."

"The property was clean and accomodations well organized. We especially enjoyed the sound and view of the ocean from the deck."

"The Dome villa was an absolute dream, the perfect luxurious base for exploring the stunning island of St. Kitts/Nevis. The unique architecture of the home felt like a private sanctuary, offering more than enough expansive space for our entire party to relax in style. What truly elevated our stay from great to extraordinary were the hosts, Patrice and Ricky. Their communication was flawless, and they went above and beyond with an almost prescient thoughtfulness, especially in managing the needs...

"The home and location were excellent as were all interactions with both Louise and Peter. They were delightful hosts and had excellent recommendations on things to see and do, places to eat, and excellent service providers that provided a variety of services for us at the home (Massages, chef, etc). We loved our visit and time at Coccoloba and want to return."

"We enjoyed our stay at BayBreeze. The covered porch was great, nice view of the cove and fun to watch the family of monkeys living next door. We had the top floor of a duplex and it was huge. The living area was comfy and the kitchen was modern and well equipped. 2 beaches are near by and a couple of restaurants too. Arlene are quick to respond to any problems we had. The villa is on the main road so it can get a noisy at times. Oh the whole, it was a great vacation. "

"Our second stay at Zenith and it’s a fantastic property with excellent views and accommodations. We are a family of 4 and our two young (10) kids had plenty of space. The pool is perfectly sized for us, the beach is calm and makes for excellent swimming and the property features a beach club should you want a cold drink at the beach, lunch, dinner or anything else. "

"Wonderful property in a great location. Check in was easy as well as checking out. Pamela the house concierge arranged all of our transportation to and from the airport. "
