The Villa is located almost directly on the Canada-US border and is located southeast of Lake Champlain's Canadian area, in the Town of St. Armand on the shores of Lake Champlain. The villa is at the very end of a private road assuring privacy and peacefulness. At this point the lake is 8 km wide, and its sunsets, when seen from the lookout, are among the 10 most beautiful in Canada. The beach drop-out is soft making it a very nice place to spend afternoons even with small children

LAKE CHAMPLAIN

ORNITHOLOGY
The Bird Sanctuary is a Philipsburg protected area of Canada and one of 28 migratory bird sanctuaries located in the province of Quebec. This protected area near the U.S. border, protects a nesting site for many species of birds, some endangered.
