Located 25 km from Sarlat and 10 km from Gourdon (shops), this detached 83 m² house is close to other dwellings. Ground floor: Living room with kitchenette and fireplace with insert. Wi-Fi. 1 bedroom: 1 double bed (140x200 cm). Shower room. Separate WC. First floor: 2 bedrooms: 2 single beds (90x200 cm) that can be joined together, 1 double bed (160x200 cm). Bathroom. Separate WC. Geothermal central heating. Basement with cellar and laundry room. Covered shelter. Enclosed sloping garden of 600 m². Terrace with awning, sun loungers, deck chairs, serving cart, garden furniture with barbecue and paddleboard. Ping-pong ball and table. Linens included. Towels €10/person/change. Sheets €15/bed/change. End-of-stay cleaning €70. Electric heating via heat pump €12 per day. Firewood: €75 per stere. Baby equipment: 1 cot, high chair. The cottage is located in a rural hamlet on the border of the Dordogne and Lot departments, 4 km from St Aubin de Nabirat. Numerous hiking trails are available for exploring the landscapes of the Périgord Noir. Fishing is possible 100 m from the Céou, a tributary of the Dordogne. You can also enjoy all the tourist sites of the Dordogne Valley (Castelnaud Castle, Beynac, Les Milandes, etc.), stroll through villages listed among "the most beautiful villages in France" (La Roque-Gageac, Castelnaud, Limeuil, etc.), take a barge trip or canoe ride on the Dordogne River, visit gardens (Eyrignac, Marqueyssac, etc.), and explore the Bastide Route (Monpazier, Domme, etc.) and the Périgord cuisine. If you have time, you can discover the wonders of the Lot region (Rocamadour, Padirac, etc.).

Calme et confortable

Séjour en automne. Accueil sympathique du propriétaire de cette belle maison avec une cheminée et tout le confort. Les alentours sont très beaux et la situation de cet hébergement permet de rayonner facilement dans le région. Une très bonne adresse.
