“Very clean and Quite good for the room”

“I was late to my hotel due to car trouble and desperately needed a nap and they still let me check in at 8:30 Am and offered me to be able to stay later due to my situation this hotel was safe clean and amazing customer service can’t say anything less than amazing!!!”

“Conforme aux photos, personne jointe au telephone tres aimable. Seuls bémols: pas de rideau occultant, il faisait grand jour dans le studio tot ce matin . Pas d’ascenseur et escaliers assez raides, cela aura été difficile si nous avions eu de grosses valises. ”

“Good location! Everything is like photo showed on Expedia booing page. It's clean and with all household facilities. We even used kitchen to prepare a simple breakfast. But there is no receptionist on the site, the booking style is more like short-term rental. If anything happened, don't know customer will get immediate help or not???? Suggest landlord should list the deposit pre-charge and inform people who is interested to book this loft to know the pre-charge deposit is 3 times than one……

“Great location for touring Quebec’s best attractions - walkable although there are some hills. The property never contacted me for a security deposit and when I wasn’t given the code to check in, I called them but was only given the option to leave a message. I had to phone several times to finally find out why I was not given a code to check in. Also the directions they gave told me to go to the red roof building, but the building doesn’t have a red roof, it’s silver. The bedrooms were very……

“We loved staying in this cozy apartment during our visit to Quebec City. It is located very close to all of the attractions and since we did so much walking it was wonderful to be able to just circle back to the apartment to rest and recharge. The apartment had all of the things that we needed for our stay. It was very charming! The wifi did not seem to work in the bedroom but that was a minor issue. We did have a small problem with construction noise however Fabrice helped to resolve this, and……
