“We booked the apartment as a last minute accomodation while we were in Montreal to accommode changes. An hour after booking we realized we didn't need the apartment and asked to cancel. We were told we could but still had to pay full price. Not very nice, but we agreed to no refunds when we booked so fair enough. However when we arrived the apartment absolutely reeked of a chemical smell. We had dropped our bags off earlier in the day and had noticed how strong it was but we assumed it was part……

“First off, our host Sam was incredibly communicative. Responses to questions came within hours and several times Sam reached out to make sure everything was to our liking. I do wish check-in instructions could be shared a few days in advance instead of 24-hours to plan travel plans earlier. The Apartment: As one reviewer said, the big thing I did not realize was that there as no livingroom area. There are 4 bedrooms, a kitchen, 1 bath and that is all. The only TV is in the kitchen so a family……

“Very nice, clean and spacious apartment. Three bedrooms made it easy for 4 of us to have space. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was very nice. Kitchen had all we needed. Very close to the Metro and to big sights like the Olympic Park, gardens, Insectarium, Biodome. Easy ride into Old Montreal, Museum of Art, etc. There is construction happening on the street in front, so getting an Uber was a bit challenging. And the noise from the workers and equipment starts very early in the morning. But……

“Thank you for allowing us to use this property! It was beautiful and perfect for our party of six (four adults, two teenage boys). The boys loved the downstairs and my parents enjoyed being able to sit out on the deck and drink their coffee each morning. We would definitely rent this place again! ”
