“Charming hotel in the heart of Rouen. Minutes away by walking from the cathedral, the river Seine, shops and restaurants. My room spacious, clean, and included a balcony with amazing views of the Seine river and the cathedral. Breakfast was delicious and highly recommended so you can maximize the crowd free early morning exploration. Staff was very empathetic to my tardiness in checking in due to missing a connecting train from Paris and stayed late to check me in. Very much appreciated and I……

“Worth stopping here even if your are passing through. Such a pretty and historic place. The hotel is quite rustic but my room was fresh and clean. Get a room with balcony and enjoy the view of the square. The pictures are around and about the Town, less than a minutes walk. The proprietor was king enough to direct me to an area in the back yard of the hotel to park my motorcycle and unload more easily. A kindness much appreciated. Thank-you ”

“The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. ”

“The room space was too small for the 2 twin beds. They were pushed together, so size of a king bed and we had to walk side ways to get to the head of the bed. The “bedside table” were so far back they were virtually unusable. ”
