Nous avons séjourné 2 jours et 3 nuits dans ce chalet avec un groupe de 13 personnes, dont deux jeunes enfants, et notre expérience a malheureusement été très décevante. À notre arrivée, il n’y avait aucune eau courante : impossible de se laver les mains ou d’utiliser les toilettes. Nous avons dû attendre jusqu’au lendemain pour que l’eau soit rétablie, et personne n’est venu sur place pour nous aider. Nous avons dû régler le problème nous‑mêmes avec un soutien téléphonique uniquement en anglais.De plus, le propriétaire annonce un sauna, mais celui‑ci était non fonctionnel (élément brisé) à notre arrivée. Nous avons demandé une compensation pour ces inconvénients majeurs, mais nous n’avons reçu aucune réponse.Pour un séjour de ce prix, nous nous attendions à un minimum de service et de fiabilité. Nous repartons extrêmement déçus de cette location et ne la recommandons pas.
