Beautiful views of the sea and the pool are featured on the 1st floor (with elevator access). Entrance hall with wardrobe. Separate toilet. Living room with LCD TV (2012), mini stereo, and a queen-size sofa bed. Renovated, functional, and well-equipped kitchen area with a fridge-freezer, 4 ceramic hobs, dishwasher, oven, electric coffee maker, microwave, and washing machine. A hallway leads to two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140 cm), a closet/wardrobe overlooking the sea. The second bedroom has two single beds (90 cm) and a wardrobe. Shower room (shower cubicle).
