Conforme aux photos mais forte humidité (mai 2021)

Petite résidence dans un quartier résidentiel au calme ( mais situé juste à coté de la piscine, fermée en cette saison, quid juillet-aout). Les + : globalement conforme aux photos, belle terrasse/jardin exposé sud, cuisine bien aménagée et complète, chambre "parentale" avec un minimum d'espace, salle de bain avec douche rénovée. A 1 km de la première plage, à 200 m de la marina, et du terrain de boules. Les - : chambre très humide avec odeur forte que nous n'avons pas réussi à faire partir en 9 jours d'aération quotidienne, infiltrations fragrantes. En appelant l'agence Foncia nous saurons à ce moment qu'il y a eu un dégât des eaux pendant l'hiver, cela aurait été correct de prévenir. Ménage pas impeccable. Pas de boulangerie proche.
