“Nice location. Better than expectations.”

“great location and friendly staff. ”

“We had a lovely stay! The location is perfect, right next to Place du Capitole and within walking distance of everything. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were so friendly. Special thanks to Valentin, who made us feel so welcome and went out of his way to answer all our questions. He really made a difference in our stay! We’d happily come back and definitely recommend this hotel.”

“Location is perfect- steps from the Pont neuf. Staff were very helpful and went above and beyond with genuine hospitality!”

“It's a charming hotel in the Carmes area of Toulouse. Our stay was very comfortable, with valet parking and hospitality for my little dog. The on-site brasserie offers a set menu that includes cassoulet and croque monsieur, prepared with excellence. The morning of our stay, I needed a before-hours breakfast that was beautifully and thoughtfully prepared and packaged for me. The overall feel was that of polish, courtesy, and sophistication, even though the hotel itself is beginning to show traces……

“The room is big, but lack of furniture. We have 2 persons staying in the room. But there is only 1 chair, no sofa. I got an additional chair (probably from restaurant) after my request. There is no desk, but only a self attached to the wall to hold the stuff. No heading board for the beds. The bed side tables were simply metal coffee table. In the toilet, again no table top, very limited space to put my toiletries. No towel rack, but only 2 hooks. No place to put the towels. And no hand……

“We felt very welcome by the young man who received us upon check in. Then everything seemed to be too much trouble for the staff. I was told only one cleaner to clean the hotel. Everything you asked seemed to be asking for a favour. No service at all and definitely not a 4 star. More like an inn than a hotel. Breakfast wasn’t good neither. Only the location. ”

“The room is spacious. The team is friendly. Good location to go around.”

“The staff charge me fees again but I have already paid in Hotel.com. They keep cheating me on the way of refund. In the end, I called my French friend come here to help. The director eventually pay me back in cash, which he said they don’t have cash before my friend comes. ”

“great location, clean and quick check in system. ”

“Super convenient location just right opposite to the metro exit, shopping points and supermarket just downstairs, My room was spacious and tidy.”

“方便、乾淨、容易找到吃飯的地方，房間小了點”

“okay and okay ”

“有室內走廊4分鐘可直接走到機場，對於早上6點半要飛的航班很方便，5點或5點半離開房間就可以了。房間空間也足夠攤平行李以方便整理”
