Come and enjoy your family vacation in this charming type 2 with terrace and view of the hills.
The accommodation:
Ideal for a couple with two children, an entrance hall allows you to distribute on the living room, the bedroom, the bathroom and a separate toilet. The living room remains open with its fully equipped kitchen. The exterior is very pleasant with a space equipped with a table and 4 chairs to take your family meals.
Parking:
The residence has a private car park with free parking spaces for the occupants. Access to the residence is private (automatic gate).
Equipment:
Fan in the living room, 140 BZ sofa bed, television, dining area with table and chairs, dishwasher, 2-zone induction hob, refrigerator, extractor hood, mini-oven, microwave, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, Hoover vacuum cleaner, 140 bed, washing machine, hair dryer, garden table, deckchairs, crockery and kitchen utensils in sufficient number for 2 to 4 people.
The environment:
Located in the Golden Square, the district in which the residence is located is an active district with local shops and the Lecques beach just a few steps from the residence. Close to the village, you can also get there on foot.
Sheets and bath towels:
As an optional extra and on request (€25 for the double bed kit and €15 for the towel kit with one large and one small per person).
If necessary, duvets and blankets in the accommodation (ideal in the off-season).
Housekeeping:
This is included in your reservation and a company will intervene after your departure.
Animals: Not allowed to respect the neighborhood.
Deposit upon handing over the keys:
A credit card imprint will be requested at the agency reception.
The amount is equal to one week's rental.
