Superbe vue, bien situé et bien équipé pour un court séjour

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans l’appartement de Monsieur Reitig. La vue sur la mer avec une terrasse bien ventée nous a permis de passer de très bons moments. La proximité avec la piscine et les plages, la place de parking réservée sont un vrai plus. La cuisine est bien équipée que ce soit en électroménager ou vaisselle. A notre avis, l’appartement convient bien pour un court séjour en couple ou en famille de 3, max. 4 mais pas nécessairement avec de tout petits.

Vue imprenable depuis la terrasse et la chambre. Piscine chauffée si vous souhaitez vous reposer De nombreuses ballades autour de ce lieu magnifique : en voiture, les calanques, la route des crêtes, Cassis. Des lieux magiques ! Pas très loin, Bandol, Sanary Sur Mer etc si vous souhaitez découvrir les environs. L’appartement est très bien équipé. Rien ne manque ! Et très bien situé dans les hauteurs de St Cyr Sur Mer. (Escaliers à monter ou à descendre) mais le parking est à proximité. Pour les randonneurs, des ballades le long de la mer, le port, et des restaurants se situent un peu plus loin. Très joli souvenir, nous reviendrons ! Merci au propriétaire et à la personne qui nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de sympathie et sourire. Nous sommes venus en mai. Beaucoup moins de monde

Très bonne semaine au mois d’avril

Beau logement rénové bien aménagé et équipé, avec terrasse agréable et sa vue mer dans une résidence proche du port de Saint Cyr. Le logement est à La Madrague commune de St Cyr, une voiture est donc conseillée. Très bon accueil et remise des clés par Julie. Nous avons passé une bonne semaine a visiter Bandol, La Ciotat, un des plus beau marché de France à Sanary sur mer, Cassis et le parc national des Calanques.

Enttäuschend und nicht weiterzuempfehlen

Wir haben eine Woche zu viert mit 2 großen Kindern in der Ferienwohnung verbracht und müssen leider sagen, dass wir sehr enttäuscht waren. Die Anreise war schon turbulent. Die Adresse war völlig woanders und ließ uns verzweifeln. Mit dem privaten Vermieter konnte man nur französisch kommunizieren und so das Problem nur schwer lösen. Nur durch die Hilfe des Hapimag Hotels, die freundlicherweise vermittelten, konnten wir nach langem Suchen einchecken. Der Vermieter war deswegen sichtlich genervt, plauderte noch mit einem Freund und ließ uns einfach stehen, obwohl es seine falsche Standortangabe war. Als Vermieter sollte man außerdem für das Nötigste ein paar Worte Englisch sprechen, zumal man aufgefordert war diesen vor Anreise telefonisch zu kontaktieren. Das Appartment ist extrem klein und eigentlich nur für zwei Personen geeignet. An Möglichkeiten seine Sachen zu verstauen mangelt es stark, so dass die Taschen auf dem Boden stehen mussten und das ganze Campingcharakter hatte. Leider war der Fußboden und die Dusche auch noch schmutzig. Auch die Bettlaken hatten Schmutzflecken und auf den Kissen waren Haare. Wir sind nicht pingelig, aber Hygiene sollte schon sein. Zwei Kissenbezüge fehlten. Der Vermieter wollte sich am nächsten Tag darum kümmern, ist aber nie erschienen. Die Extrakosten von 40 Euro für die Poolbenutzung und auch die vielen Treppenstufen zum Appartment sollten im Inserat aufgeführt werden. Positiv zu bewerten ist der schöne Meerblick und die Nähe zum Meer, der Stadt und der wunderschönen Küstenwanderung, sowie der eigene abgesicherte Parklatz. Auch der Pool des Hapimaghotels ist super. Das Appartment ist sonst sehr gut ausgestattet und das WLAN funktioniert sehr gut. Dennoch kann ich es aus den oben genannten Punkten und vor allem der mangelnden Hygiene für diesen doch sehr hohen Preis nicht weiterempfehlen.

Appartement mit guter Ausstattung wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Lediglich das Bett ist sehr schmal und wir waren überrascht, dass die Poolnutzung im Ressort extra bezahlt werden muss.

Wunderbarer Meerblick in gepflegter Anlage

Die Wohnung ist sehr funktional eingerichtet, das Bad ist modern renoviert, alle nötigen Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden. Von der Terasse hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer, man kann dort wunderbar frühstücken und zu Abend essen. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer gepflegten und ruhigen Anlage mit einem Pool, den man nutzen kann. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Wohnung. Bis zum Meer muss man etwa ein Viertelstunde laufen, wobei man eine Auswahl von verschiedenen Stränden in der Nähe hat. Wir würde das Appartment jeder Zeit wieder buchen!

Nous sommes très satisfaits. Nous avons même été surpris en bien par la qualité des équipements extérieurs : vaste piscine dans un superbe environnement, beau court de tennis, restaurant dans l'enceinte de la résidence. La vue est magnifique et le calme est absolu. L'accès à la plage et au port peut se faire à pied.

kleines Apartment in wunderbarer Lage

Das Apartment ist relativ klein, was uns aber nicht gestört hat, denn man hat dort alles was man braucht. Vom Balkon hat man eine sehr schöne Aussicht auf das Meer und die Orte an der Küste. Die Lage des Apartments ist wirklich gut. In der Anlage gibt es einen gepflegen Pool und einen Spielplatz und noch mehr Aktivitäten. Die beiden Strände und das Zentrum von Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer sind fußläufig erreichbar. An einem Tag gab es Probleme mit einem Gulli neben dem Balkon, was zu unangenehmen Geruch geführt hat, aber das Problem wurde noch am selben Tag behoben. Der Check-In ging gut, obwohl mein Französisch schlecht ist. Der Hausverwalter Fred ist sehr nett und geduldig. Wir hatten dort eine schöne Zeit und kommen bestimmt mal wieder.
