「Excellent value. Manager is an excellent communicator which made entry and exit very easy. Walking distance to town. Nice pool and terrace overlooking the ocean. Very clean」

「The apartment was perfect for 1-2 people and even a small child. It was very clean and better than the pictures especially when you open he curtains. The bed was comfortable and it's one of the few places with AC. Shernie & Glen were very nice. The only downside is there are a lot of stairs which was mentioned. I will pack less next time. Definitely would stay again」

「susan and theresa gave us a very friendly greeting on arrival. susan provided us with many ideas of things to do on our visit. the apartment was very clean and comfortable and exactly as described and represented in the online photos. i would stay again」

「Fantastic experience. Place is walking distance to Roseau town, Stadium and The Factory. Room AC, living room has a fan no worries about feeling overheated. The shower was massive. I recommend this place !」

「This is our second time staying at Balisier, and as usual we had a fantastic stay. The property was clean, very well kept just as the picture and truly a home from home vacation spot. Ryan is a very good host anything we needed he was on the other end of the phone and arranging it, we lacked nothing. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for quality accommodation and a fantastic location in Picard, Portsmouth. Keep up the good work Ryan we will be back.」

「The apartment was very nice. The bed and furniture were very comfortable and we loved sitting on the balcony with its great view. The apartment had everything we need for making our breakfast. Everything was clean and the apartment was spacious. We always felt safe here even walking home after dark. It was a bit far from the center of town and we did not rent a car. I think the location would be excellent if you have car. 」
