lovely place to stay with a stunning view over the hills and the valley

In this little house you have everything that you need! The owner, Ana, did a great job in using the space optimally! Inside you can see immediately that there has been taken great care in choosing the furniture and decoration! On the big balcony you can enjoy the beautiful views, and if you are as lucky as we were with the weather, lovely sunsets in the evening. Down by the lake you find a good restaurant. You can go there by foot in a 25 minutes walk. For groceries you can go to Etang sur Arroux. Nice places in the area are Autun (20 min.) and Beaune (1 h 15) In de village itself there is also a Brocante shop where you can also have a drink ( and a little snack) in the beautiful garden. During our stay there was also the opening of a new bar/ cafe. Soon they will also service a “ plat du jour” Resume.....if you are looking for a nice place to stay in the south Morvan “ La petite Forge” is a very good choice!!!

Wunderbare Auszeit in der Landschaft des Morvan

Die alte Schmiede ist eine sehr schön eingerichtete Ruheoase mit tollem Ausblick in die Landschaft. Es war alles makellos sauber, das Bett sehr bequem und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben eine wunderbare und sehr erholsame Woche in Saint Didier verbracht.

Entspannende Aussichten

Ich habe 10 Tage hier verbracht. Die Lage mit Terrassenblick ins Tal des Arroux ist einmalig schön, die Wohnung sehr zweckmäßig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die wunderschöne Umgebung lädt zu Wanderungen ein. Ich habe den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und mich wunderbar erholt.

Tolle Ferienwohnung!

Wir haben eine unvergessliche Woche in einer wunderbaren Ferienwohnung verlebt. Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet und toll geschnitten, so hatten wir trotz der nur kleinen Größe das Gefühl von Großzügigkeit. Die Lage im kleinen Ort St.-Didier war für uns perfekt - sehr ruhig, aber trotzdem ein bisschen Leben um uns herum. Und das Beste: ein traumhafter Blick in die weite Landschaftl des Morvan, mit allabendlich einem spektakulären Sonnenuntergang! Herzlichen Dank nochmals an Frau Baulan, die stets für uns erreichbar war und uns tolle Ausflugs- und Essenstpps für die Umgebung geben konnte. Wir sind bestimmt bald wieder da!

gezellig huisje middenin een prachtige culturele omgeving

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in dit huis. Ondanks het slechte weer hebben we kunnen genieten van de gezellige sfeer en warmte in het huis. In de omgeving hebben we gewandeld in het Uchon massief en vele romaanse kerken bezocht, zoals in Autun, Cluny, Paray le Monial, Saint Menoux, enz. Ook hebben we Hospices de Beaune bezocht en enkele kastelen. We hebben ons zeker niet verveeld! Alleen jammer dat we geen enkele keer op dat aantrekkelijke balkonnetje hebben kunnen zitten vanwege het weer. Ana, bedankt voor je gastvrijheid. Groet.

Eine schöne Auszeit

Die Wohnung liegt sehr idyllisch in einem kleinem Dorf auf einem Hügel. Dadurch Entspannung pur mit viel Natur und einem sehr schönen Blick über die Wiesen. Perfecte uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen

Kleine gute, maar wel van alle gemakken voorzien. Comfortabel bed, fijne douche, compacte keuken met goede oven. Groot balkon met uitzicht op Mont Beuvray, fijne benedentuin met schaduw onder de boom. Hartelijke gastvrouw, perfect geregeld.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Meine Frau und ich haben eine Woche in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Alles was man braucht findet man dort. Da wir nur sehr wenig Französisch sprechen war es Gold wert, dass die Gastgeberin deutsch spricht. Wir haben viele tolle Ausflugtipps bekommen. Alles in allem war es ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt.

Tolle Lage, tolle Wohnung

Wir waren 10 Tage in der tollen und geräumigen Wohnung in der ehemaligen Schmiede von St -Didier -sur-Arroux untergebracht und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf den südlichen Morvan, direkt auf den Mont Beuvray. Im gleichen Haus ist noch eine andere Wohnung. Frau Baulan hat sich sehr liebevoll um uns gekümmert und uns auch geholfen, als ich während des Urlaubs erkrankte und einen Arzt benötigte. Noch einmal herzlichen Dank für alles.

Séjour paisible au coeur de la Bourgogne

L'appartement était conforme à ce qui était annoncé (les bémols inclus comme la mezzanine). Tout était déjà sur place (y compris serviettes, sel/poivre/huile d'olive, liquide vaisselle...), ce qui est appréciable pour un séjour court. L'hôtesse n'est pas intrusive (nous n'avons parlé que 5 minutes sur la semaine, lors de l'installation). L'absence d'adresse communiquée à l'avance est le bémol pour trouver l'ancienne forge de St Didier s/ Arroux (pas sur Maps), d'où mon bémol pour la procédure d'arrivée. Très bien sinon (message à l'avance et disponibilité à notre arrivée vers 19h30). En bref, une belle trouvaille du Sud Morvan pour un séjour reposant et/ou rayonner sur les différents sites touristiques du coin (Autun, Beaune, Settons...).

Wunderbares, gemütliches Häuschen mit traumhaftem Ausblick.

In dem liebevoll eingerichteten Häuschen mit einer tollen Terrasse und einer idyllischen Umgebung muss man sich einfach wohlfühlen. Ideal für zwei Personen. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir können das Objekt sehr empfehlen. Antje und Malte
