“There was no hot water in the shower, no lights in the hallway, bathroom sink or kitchen, the kitchen stove did not work and was rusted, there was a broken washing machine in the kitchen, no lights in the bathroom (I had to take a cold shower in the dark), the patio door didn't lock, the air conditioners filter was completely clogged. The lights in the entire apartment were too bright. The host was attentive via what's app and she admitted that the unit needed overdue repairs. The unit that I……

“Let me start with the property was very nice including the apartment we stayed in. Very modern and tastefully decorated. Location of this property was perfect as we were visiting family and it was close by. To pay for the cleaning fee prior to check in was a little challenging; when traveling with a cell phone you are unable to pay using the link they provide. We were able to pay cash onsite which helped. I would like to focus on the false advertising of guest laundry, there is no guest laundry……

“I cannot recommend staying at this property due to significant discrepancies between the listing and reality, as well as unprofessional behavior from the host. Key Issues: Inaccurate Listing: The "communal garden" and "common areas" mentioned in the description do not exist. There is no outdoor space for guests to use. Unprofessional Conduct: Upon arrival, the host/caretaker directed us to a store where she works. We felt pressured to make purchases, and when we didn't buy "enough," the host……

“I stayed in apartment #2 and enjoyed my 6 nights stay at this place. It was quite spacious and could easily fit 3 persons. The room consisted of a double & single bed, kitchenette and bathroom. The room contained all the essentials amenities needed to ensure my stay went smoothly - iron/board, small dining table, etc. Harvel was a very responsive host. He was really helpful and promptly answered any queries that I had about my stay (the whats app service was a blessing). My room was clean and……

“Avoid this property at all costs. The Manager denied having a booking - which was made and paid for in January, and he made no effort to help us resolve the issue which was in fact his error - clearly he had overbooked. At 7 pm we had to find another place to stay with a festival on in town and no rooms anywhere. Such a horrible experience. ”

“I love the fact that it’s a good family place to stay , with good parking , you feel at home when you are there it’s like a home away from home , my only problem was one room wasn’t fully AIR conditions and the summer was really hot but they did have enough fans , I would give them a 9 and a half outta 10 ,,, the next half is for the room that wasn’t fully AC but I love it , environment was quiet.”
