"We had a lovely, relaxing stay at Domaine Jean-Got. The hosts were very friendly, spoke good English, and the check-in smooth. The domaine is close to the river and the small town of Branne, well located to get to Saint Emilion and a few other nice villages. Most of all though we just enjoyed relaxing on site on the terrace and pool. We also loved the miniature donkeys! Just so you know when booking, the jacuzzi and sauna are not included and cost an extra €75 per session."

Staff should be taught customer service as it is the guests that keep them in business. The apartment room had all the basic amenities, cookware, utensils and plenty of storage. "Modern hotel in the centre of Bordeaux, opposite small shopping mall. The rooms were well proportioned and pleasant, there was an also a restaurant onsite. The staff were extremely helpful. There is a shared kitchenette on each floor with shared fridge but no mini bar in rooms. The restaurant also didn’t have many Gluten free options, but there were several options nearby, including delicious galettes."
