“This property has lots of character. The views are glorious especially the afternoon sunsets. The property was well catered for. We prefered this proximaty to St Emillion, in a quiter rural village. However it is just a quick drive and you are able to enjoy all the wonderful restaurants and wine estate for which St Emillion is famous for. Perfect for a family or family & friends for a relaxed holiday.”

“Big villa with generous bedrooms. Really nice pool in the sun (and very private). Great location with loads to do in the (drivable) area*. Only downside was the village was very quiet (does have a small shop and good pharmacy). So, it’s perfect if you have a car. Property manager was great, easy to get hold of if needed and helpful. * st emillion (+ cave tour and wine tasting) * truffade steam train * perigueux ruins * sainte foy le grande market * Bordeaux ~hour drive * kayaking 10/15 mins……

Hosts are lovely and responded quickly when bathroom sink sprang a leak A reminder that being surrounded by vineyards is beautiful but includes early morning industry noise of people and machinery at work. I'm not a Princess but... the Moulin interior decor was somewhat disappointing - nasty plastic storage cupboards in kitchen and bathroom really cheapen the look which could easily be made more ' luxurious' with a visit to a Brocant and a little……
