“Arrived after-hours, so followed instructions and collected our room keys which were waiting for us at Oz’Inn, just 2 minutes walk from Natureva Spa. Had 2 consecutive bookings (3N each) and the next day we asked reception to keep us in the same room - they obliged and we were able to keep the same room for all 6 nights - reception and admin staff were very helpful! The 1-bed apartment is well equipped with kitchen equipment, TV, etc. For a small fee you can use the washer and dryer behind……

“Nous y avons passé une nuit. Hotel propre et bien situé avec plusieurs restaurants a proximité. Un micro-onde ainsi que des distributeurs sont a disposition H24. Parking gratuit et sécurisé. Hôtel calme et personnel de l'accueil agreable. Chambres climatisées, dommage que la clim soit aussi bruyante. Juste un bémol sur la porte de la salle de bain qui ne fermait pas et la fenetre qui etait difficile a ouvrir / fermer. ”

“Bonsoir L enregiistrement a eté tres froid ....mais nous avons passé une superbe nuit ...aucuns bruits du vis a vis ....c est pas la 1ere fois que nous dormons a l hotel tania ....mais l acceuil tres froid....ce matin un autre hote super gentil ...hotel tres propre ce matin nous avons un peu echargé avec une personne qui desherbait et qui venait de finir le menage du hall d entrée et des sanitaires...nous reviendront comme a chaque fois ...”

“Hotel bien situé chambre : > très bien isolée, pas un bruit de voisin > Salle de bain avec baignoire au top > frigo > literie correcte > bouilloire avec café et thé > Wifi très bien Le restaurant est fermé mais il propose des plateaux repas Seul bémol : le parking disponible est en fait payant, 10 €/jour. Sauf erreur de ma part, ce n'est pas indiqué sur le site... Petit déjeuner complet Personnel très sympa. Je reviendrais ”

“Hotel was disappointing. We booked the largest suite with the rooftop terrace that we were not allowed to use. They told us it had safety issues. So we paid for the terrace but got no terrace and no reduction in price. The shower did not drain so flooded every time we took a shower, even when it was just 5 minutes. The hot tub in the room also leaked which explains the sewage smell. The staff knew. We saw them open all the windows and terrace doors when they were cleaning. The smell was……

“El hotel tiene buenas instalaciones, piscina, jardín, aparcamiento privado y es cerca del centro. Nosotros estábamos de paso así que no pudimos usar ningún servicio pero parece que es un buen lugar para pasar algunos días y disfrutar de Agde. ”
