The residence is secured by a badge portal and monitored by a vigil day and night.
The residence is located 2 Kms from the Maritime Station (destination of Saintes, Marie galante, La Désirade and petite terre) and 3 Kms from the city center and the Golf.
The studio for 3 people, completely renovated and new in July 2018, is located on the ground floor on the sea side with direct access to the beach.
Covering an area of 30 m², it includes a main room with a 140 cm bed and a single convertible ottoman and a baby cot closed by a bay window, a large terrace that can be closed by an electric shutter, houses the fully equipped kitchen (2-burner ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, iron) a bathroom with bathtub and WC.

Air conditioning, fan on the terrace, internet TV, secure individual wifi, hairdryer, linens, bath and hand towels provided, 2 sunbeds, only beach towels are not provided
