Très jolie la Guadeloupe à découvrir et surtout de la température de l'eau pour les baignades et de belles plages. (La plage de la perle et la grande Anse) Il faut faire les deux parties grande terre et basse terre. Il faut 10 jours pour faire les deux pour avoir le temps de tout voir nous avons loué à deux endroits même si l'île n'est pas grande c'est comme à la montagne vous mettez plus de temps à circuler.

Cher pour ce niveau de confort, immeuble vétuste

L'immeuble est très vétuste mais le cadre est joli, la piscine est top, dommage que l'entretien et la maintenance des parties communes ne soient pas au niveau car il y a un fort potentiel. L'endroit est calme, l'appartement est fonctionnel sans être transcendant. Personnes de quelques insectes malgré le stockage de tous les aliments au frigo et le visage de la poubelle quotidien. Très bonne conciergerie qui vient nous chercher, répond aux questions et donne des conseils pour le séjour en Guadeloupe.

Très bon séjour

Notre séjour s’est très bien déroulé. Nous avons trouvé tout le confort nécessaire et même plus! L’accueil a été très chaleureux et la résidence Sainte Marthe est charmante bien que vieillissante, sa piscine est exceptionnelle.

L’arrivée à la “plantation “ vous plonge dans un voyage dans le temps et vous êtes sous la charme d’une résidence de style colonial ! Le studio est très confortable , doté d’une belle terrasse ( qui sera aménagée très prochainement pour plus de comfort ) Le studio est très facile à vivre surtout pour un moyen/ court séjour , très bien équipé et surtout au calme ! Il est évident pour notre grande joie , Sophie et Éric était là pour nous accueillir et ce fut un moment de bonheur de les retrouver après 11 jours d’absence !le sentiment de retrouver des membres de notre famille ! De toute façon , sans l’aide appréciable d’Éric on n’aurait pas connu cette adresse ! Le rhum était là les aménités locales au frais ! Merci à vous deux Georges et Daniel

pied à terre idéal

Le studio est idéalement placé pour découvrir l’île (une voiture est préférable selon moi). Propre et confortable, il convient parfaitement pour un court séjour. la résidence est calme avec une belle piscine. Equipe sérieuse, le concierge est très gentil et disponible. Je recommande sans hésiter!

Amélioration à prévoir

Non seulement la vaisselle est trop minime , le petit frigo est insuffisant, pas de congélateur, pas de four non plus (donc ne pas envisager de cuisiner!) et la salle de bains mériterait d être rénovée et aménagée avec des rangements. Dommage que cet appartement soit resté dans son jus car la résidence reste, avec sa piscine, très agréable. Merci à Eric pour sa ponctualité et sa disponibilité.
