Avis sur la villa ROSA
La villa ROSA est située dans une résidence sécurisé, à 2 min en voiture de la marina de ST FRANCOIS. C'est une magnifique villa très moderne, décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Il y a tous les équipements nécessaires, tout est très fonctionnel. Le jardin avec la piscine est super bien entretenu. L'ambiance avec les arbres magnifiques est super agréable, et quand la nuit tombe, cela devient magique avec les supers lumières.
Bref, parfaitement située, magnifiquement décorée, moderne, bref le paradis.

Fantastique Villa Rosa qu'il fut difficile de quitter !
La villa, dans un environnement très beau et bien entretenu, idéalement située par rapport à divers centres d'intérêt, était magnifique et tellement agréable à vivre. Moderne, propre, fonctionnelle, très bien équipée de belles prestations.
Tout a contribué à la réussite de notre séjour.
Nous remercions les propriétaires et le couple de concierges Valérie et Juju qui, par leur accueil, leur efficacité et leur bienveillance ont fait de cette semaine à la Villa Rosa un moment que nous n'oublierons pas, dont nous sommes déjà nostalgiques et que nous espérons renouveler au plus vite.

Superbe villa à Saint-François
Maison très bien située et belles prestations. Le jardin est magnifique. Mention spéciale à la conciergerie Prestavilla pour l’accueil chaleureux (à une heure pourtant tardive à cause d’un retard de notre avion) et les bons conseils tout au long de notre séjour.

trés bon séjours
L'emplacement est TOP dans la résidence privé, pas de vis à vis, la piscine est chauffée à 31 est c'est super aprèciable, la Villa est de belle construction et bien pensée. exposition plein sud parfaite.
Literie de bonne qualité, wifi fonctionnel.
Le jardin est magnifique
Pour les points à revoir, un peu pénible les bruits de l'aérodrome à proximité direct, deck en bois à revoir car échardes garantie si vous marchez pieds nues, et les systemes de fermetures des placards de cuisine sont à revoir, il s'ouvre pour un rien et la galère pour les fermer. pensez aussi à prévoir des matelas pour les transats car inconfortables avec une serviette de bain.
