Le logement correspondait en tout point à nos attentes : propre, confortable, bien équipé et parfaitement conforme à la description. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’attention portée aux détails et le soin apporté à l’accueil. Un grand merci à Rachelle et David pour leur disponibilité, leur réactivité et leur gentillesse à chaque étape de notre séjour. Ils ont su répondre rapidement à nos sollicitations et veiller à ce que tout se déroule dans les meilleures conditions. Grâce à eux, nous avons passé un séjour des plus agréables, à la fois reposant et convivial. Nous repartons avec de très bons souvenirs et n’hésiterons pas à recommander ce logement ou à y revenir lors d’un prochain passage !

Un séjour parfait

Zewelcome nous a surpris avec un support clientèle parfait! Un suivi avant réservation, pendant et après le séjours. Rachelle et David, nos correspondants sur place, ont préparé notre arrivée à la perfection et étaient à l’écoute de toutes nos questions. Ils nous ont informer régulièrement de la venue du jardinier ou du poolist. Et suite a une panne de séchante, David s’est occupé immédiatement d’organiser un technicien. La villa secrète est situé dans un lotissement très calme et pourtant proche des plages de Saint François et de ses commerces. Tout confort et surtout très belle, cette villa est vraiment parfaite et bien entretenue. Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux aussi bien dans la villa qu’en Guadeloupe. Île magnifique qui nous a coupé le souffle par sa beauté, diversité et la gentillesse des Guadeloupéens. On prévois de revenir en Guadeloupe… mais seulement sous une seule condition. Juste avec Zewelcome!

Une villa ouverte sur un extérieur fleuri et bien entretenu, entourant la piscine. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et avons été très bien accueillis par David et sa femme. David est également très à l’écoute et soucieux de notre bien être. Un petit écrin à l’abris des regards.

Un séjour Inoubliable

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Rachel et David nous ont réservé un accueil sublime et les petits plats du chef sont excellents. La Villa était très propre avec tout le nécessaire que l’on a besoin. Le seul bémol est le jardin qui n’est pas très bien entretenu, les massifs sont remplis de branches mortes. Dommage pour un jardin tropical. Terrasse piscine transat tout pour passer un superbe séjour.

La villa est parfaite pour 8 personnes. Parfaitement prête et propre à notre arrivée. Les équipements sont complets. Lors de notre séjour de 18 jours la piscine à été entretenue chaque semaine, ce qui n'a pas été le cas pour le jardin finalement envahi par les feuilles mortes. Un grand merci à David et son épouse pour l'accueil et les réponses à nos questions pendant le séjour.

Un joli séjour en famille

Très joli séjour dans cette villa qui fait maison de famille. Accueillis par David et Rachel hôtes efficaces et discrets qui si on le souhaite peuvent aussi faire un dîner, un apéro. Je recommande et si je retourne à Saint François j’y retournerai avec plaisir.
