Good for a short stay.

Friendly welcome. Pleasant staff. Good service. Good value meal in restaurant. Would have liked a kettle and tea / coffee in the room. Lighting in room rather dim, but overall clean and comfortable. Room tariff quite hight for the standard of room.

Better than expected

Hotel was better than expected, with a modern look to it. As I arrived quite late it was nice to be greeted by staff and not a machine. Room was pleasant and although there was no outlook from the window it was nice to be able to open it wide for fresh air. Towels, shower gel etc all plentiful and the bed was comfortable. only complaint was that there were no refreshments available as I arrived after the restaurant had closed, however, I would stay again.

Gentili e disponibili. Buona scelta.

C'è stato un problema con la prenotazione probabilmente creato da un disguido tra il sito (hotels.com) e il Brit hotel che ha fatto si che sebbene avessi selezionato 3 persone 2 adulti e un adolescente specificando 16 anni hotels.com ci ha fatto prenotare una sola stanza per 2 in cui non poteva essere aggiunto un letto, ma questo lo abbiamo scoperto solo quando arrivati ( ore 23.30 quindi troppo tardi per cambiare). L'hotel però si è dimostrato gentile e dopo la discussione iniziale ci ha gentilmente offerto la colazione e una seconda stanza scontata a metà prezzo per i 2 giorni restati, il primo è andato come è andato, ma alla fine abbiamo dormito sotto un tetto e a posteriori probabilmente è un problema di hotels.con
