Detached single storey house comprising a living room with sofa, 2 armchairs and 3 poufs, television, DVD player, stereo, bar area, independent kitchen with fridge freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, one bedroom with a double bed of 140 cm and cupboard, and another with double bed 140 cm, 2 bunk beds of 90 cm and cupboard, bathroom with bath and cupboard, separate toilet, garden with terrace facing south, garden furniture for 6 people with parasol, 2 sun loungers, barbecue and possibility of parking 2 vehicles in the garage driveway.
House ideally located 1500 m from the ocean, 800 m from the city center and 400 m from a hypermarket. Close to all amenities, it has been completely renovated and will allow you to make the most of all the activities available in the surrounding area (beach, bowling, tree climbing, bicycle rail, Ile d'Yeu, Noirmoutier island, forest, markets, traders, laundries, etc.).

Petite maison agréable et bien située. Beaucoup de luminosité. Cuisine équipée avec espace repas. 2 chambres avec placards intégrés. Literie impeccable.
