Gîte du figuier – Saint-Hilaire-de-Villefranche: Charm and Comfort in the Village Center

In the heart of a Charente village, we welcome you to a renovated outbuilding of a former farmhouse for your vacation, weekend getaway, or business trip. Enjoy a large, peaceful, enclosed garden with trees and a spacious covered terrace right in front of the gîte.

The accommodation is ideal for four guests and features a fully equipped kitchen (gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster), a living room opening onto the south-facing garden, and a small bathroom with toilet. Upstairs, you’ll find a large main bedroom with a double bed, dressing area, and desk, plus an adjoining bedroom with two single beds.



Bed linen and towels can be provided on request for short stays and are included for stays of a week or longer. During winter, a heating fee may apply.



The village offers all amenities: pharmacy, bakery, butcher, hairdressers, restaurant, pizzeria, newsagent, bank, public pool (summer), and a 24-hour mini-market. The SNCF train station and an electric car charging point are 300 m away. Free parking is next to the property. Three pétanque courts are available. Laundromat 3 km away.



The gîte is independent and close to the owners’ home, with a shared access courtyard. The property is fully fenced. Garden and terrace are yours to enjoy; we only access them for maintenance (mowing, watering, etc.).



Please note: Dogs are not allowed. A dog lives with the owners. The gîte is not suitable for young children.
