「Das Hotel ist sehr sauber. Es ist super gelegen für einen Stadtbesuch. Wir hatten eine Suite, die schön groß war aber leider ohne Karakter. Das Frühstück war nicht so gut. Der Kaffee aus der Maschine war nicht überzeugend mit Milchpulver. Das Rührei nicht geschmackvoll. Keinen Schwarztee....die Croissant und Pain au chocolat musste man am Vortrag die genaue Anzahl bestellen. Sehr ungewohnt! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit an der Lobby und im Frühstücksraum. Schade...

The front desk staff was very friendly, warm and helpful, the check-in process was very smooth. Our room is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator. The front desk staff was very helpful」

「We have a pleasant stay here. Although the room is small, the staff are friendly. It is located in a very beautiful small town. There are a lot of restuarants close by. The breakfast provided by the hotel is good. The room is clean but small. The lift s small, too. It can only allow 2 big suitcases with one small suitcase added with 2 adults in the lift. If you drive, there will be more things to see. If not, you can still enjoy staying there for shopping and sitting in a nice restaruants...

「有许多的停车位，走路7-8分钟即可到达市中心。房间略小但是需要的基本浴巾与床单还是干净整洁。遗憾的是没有电热水壶以及小冰箱，夏日比较不方便保存买来的酒以及食物。」

「The room provided to us came with an air conditioner failed to supply cool air by that day Beaune temperature was around 26-28 degree C. The lady in-charged front desk said hotel air conditioner will only supply cool air the next Monday, but we will check-out on Sunday after two nights stay. I questioned her how a hotel had such facilities failure without backup plan. She said sorry to me but the hotel had nothing to do to the guest like me even no electric fan provided.
