"On arriving pleasantly surprised to the size of room and an excellent breezy view of Caribbean Sea and to kitchen porch outside of property beautiful breezy Mountain View’s creating deep calm. St Kitts is very inviting to the spirits. Reason for rating below is property on the outside stairs if one does not use the elevator is filthy with what looks like bird mess. The elevator went out for approx 30mins and no backup generator was initiated. That was extremely scary; imagine being locked in elevator. The only two weekly housekeeping ladies were pleasant and the staff that welcome me at front desk lobby.. Towels were requested after no one came for housekeeping and I was shocked to be told I could wash them. I did receive after insisting; yes I see a washer and dryer in room but I was not so informed that guest wash the hotel towels. I suggest this place in as my room was well equipped to cook, wash, dryer etc… it ought to state this is an apartment not really a hotel. Also, because it’s 5 mins drive to town. There was only one restaurant called Safeway that cooked excellent meals. Otherwise, one must drive into Basseterre to get breakfast and definitely a late dinner."

"Our stay at the Royal St Kitts was absolutely wonderful! The report was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the entire staff was attentive and always willing to help. The food at Splash was outstanding. Every meal was fresh, delicious and exceeded our expectations. This was our second stay at the hotel, and once again they didn’t disappoint. The level of service, hospitality, and attention to detail continues to impress us. We highly recommend the Royal St Kitts Hotel and look forward to returning again in the future!"

"This was our third stay at Fairwinds. It is becoming an annual tradition now for our family. And we have already booked next year. Part of me is reluctant to give as great a review as this property deserves because I don’t want more people to find out about it. But that would be selfish. It is such a magical place and Fairwinds gives modern comfort while placing you at the edge of the Hermitage which is steeped in history and tradition. Fairwinds is a magical, wonderful home with stunning views over the sea, with fabulous gardens and pool, constant cooling breezes off the mountain, the quiet and tranquility that melts away the stresses of the world and a place to feel at home with the best that Nevis has to offer. We have travelled to Nevis for the past 40 years. We are so happy to have found Fairwinds. "

"The Golden Rock is a one of a kind property and we cannot wait to go back. The cleanliness was a 10/10 and the landscaping was absolutely stunning. The restaurant was excellent for every meal we had. I highly recommend the conch chowder. Thank you Golden Rock! "
