THINGS TO NOTE ABOUT THE SPACE AND NEIGHBORHOOD

🏠 Located above another family home: (Will need to climb stairs)
The unit you'll be staying in is located on the upper floor of a family residence. Our downstairs neighbors are kind and respectful, and we ask that guests return the same courtesy- especially during quiet hours (11:00 PM - 7 AM)

🚆 Traffic Note:
You may hear passing trains during the day or evening, as our home is close to an active railway line. Many of our guests find the sound minimal or atmospheric, but earplugs are available in the unit for light sleepers.

We live in a friendly, family filled neighborhood, and one of our neighbors is a child with autism. You may occasionally hear joyful or expressive sounds as they play and communicate.
