most enjoyable stay

most enjoyable stay. House was perfect and beautifully appointed. Sophie was hugely helpful and the area was outstanding for a sports keen family with the wonderful lake and fantastic cycling. Could not have been better and would recommend the house and the area heartily.

Enjoyed staying at Sophie's place.

Was able to walk to the lake beach within a few minutes. Walk to supermarket and town. Cycling was incredible. The house was clean, garage was nice to use for bikes, was very well stocked. A/C worked well. Will stay again!

Very homely

You can expect to be comfortable. There are many amenities like a raclette grill and a good kitchen for you to taste local produce in. The seating is comfortable and perfect for lounging in with your significant other after the kids go to bed. The beds are comfortable. Very homely.

Vom ersten Moment an ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub.

Das Haus ist an einer ruhigen Lage von viel grün umgeben. Es hat seinen eigenen Charme und ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gibt draussen einen tollen Aufenthaltsbereich mit Saunahaus und Grillmöglichkeit. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

Séjour parfait - Hôte très agréable - Maison cosy

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une maison récemment rénovée avec beaucoup de gout. Très bien équipée. Rien ne manque. Au calme. Literie au top ! 3 chambres/3salles de bain que demander de plus...; Nous prévoyons d'y revenir cet été .... A très bientôt donc.

Serene setting

We had a wonderful stay in lake Annecy. The house was conveniently located. It is a 1.5k walk to the lake, 1k to a great boulangerie and a fromagerie. The accommodations were comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evenings soaking in the scenery.

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable qui a débuté par l'accueil chaleureux et enthousiaste de la propriétaire ! La maison est très bien placée, pratique pour l'organisation des activités familiales. Elle dispose par ailleurs d'une vue agréable. L'intérieur est décoré avec goût (personnalisé pour les fétes de Noël !), et les espaces sont agencés de telle façon qu'ils permettent de vivre ensemble et à la fois de ne pas se marcher sur les pieds (4 chambres et 3 salles de bain, le luxe !). En un mot : idéal ! À recommander sans modération. Encore merci pour ces quelques jours ! Amitiés.

L´accueil chaleureux et enthousiaste de la propriétaire, l´emplacement pratique de la maison et la vue qu´elle offre, l´intérieur décoré avec goût (et personnalisé pour Noèl), les espaces permettant à toute la famille à la fois de vivre ensemble et de ne pas se marcher sur les pieds... Bien sûr, on peut toujours améliorer... Mais dans ce cas, notre famille donne sa langue au chat !

Le proprietaire a nous donne de bons conseils et je voudrais recommander cette location a un ami. Nous sommes amenes beaucoup de velo et baignade dans le lac. Un voyage nous aimait tres bien a Lyon.

"Wir (5köpfige Familie) haben entspannte 3 Wochen in dieser Unterkunft verbracht. Besonderes Highlight sind hierbei die lauschige Riesenterasse, die tolle Lage zum See und doch ruhig auf dem Land sowie die freundliche Betreuung durch die Vermieterin. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr erholt und quasi Badeurlaub in den Bergen gemacht. Für Familien mit Babys oder Kleinkindern, die gerade erst begonnen haben zu laufen, ist das Objekt durch die Lage im 1. OG aber nur bedingt geeignet. "
