Everything was perfect. The place, the pool and villa. We have spend really good time with the family. Kids loved the place!

We received a very warm welcome from the hosts. The house is beautiful, clean and filled with all the essentials you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. The kids loved the pool. The location is perfect for the lake and local sights. We would recommend this.

The house was exactly as we imagined on booking. A really lovely relaxed setting, especially with the pool and different sitting areas outside. Very clean and tidy. Everything was perfect for our famly, from booking to check-out. Lake about a 15 minute walk away, lots of great cycling and hiking immediately from house, plus cycle pathway only 5min bike away. Supermarkets/shops just 10min walk away. We have no suggestions for further improvement.

It is a good house with a lovely pool. The kitchen wasn’t as clean as we had hoped for - sticky pans and plates in drawers and cupboards. There were a lot of rules which were written down, we always look after the homes we stay in so this wasn’t a problem for us but it did feel a bit excessive. In reality the only bedroom that is really suitable to sleep 2 adults is the main bedroom, this was ok for us as we were a small group but if you need to sleep several couples comfortably you may be a bit disappointed. The pool area is lovely with wonderful views. The agent arranged bikes for us which were delivered and collected which was great. We enjoyed cycling, swimming,kayaks on the lake and tennis at a local club- there is lots to enjoy in the area.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette maison. Nous venions avec entres autres notre fille à mobilité réduite et nous avions peur des déconvenues fréquentes de l’accessibilité et de l’adaptabilité des pièces de vie et extérieur. Mais cela a répondu à tous nos besoins. Le seul bémol c’est Annecy elle même. Trop de monde les uns sur les autres des temps excessivement longs pour se déplacer se garer se promener…. Très jolie ville mais il vaut mieux rester aux environs et s’en éloigner dès que possible

Du pur bonheur pendant 1 semaine !!! À commencer par un excellent accueil de l'agence qui nous ont reçus en nous offrant une bouteille de vin. La maison est aménagée et décorée avec goût et modernité. Elle est très agréable et cosy. Et que dire de l aménagement extérieur avec sa piscine et le jardin ! Vous l aurez compris, réservez vite votre place car elles sont précieuses ! Un grand merci, nous reviendrons !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le jardin est magnifique et la piscine sublime ! La piscine permet de se détendre après une journée randonnée autour du lac d'Annecy. La maison possède une grande baie vitrée ainsi qu'une terrasse. La maison est assez grande et entièrement équipée. Il y a des restaurants sympas autour du lac et vous pourrez faire des courses au très beau village de Saint-Jorioz à 3 minutes en voiture.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans ce fabuleux endroit que nous avons hésité à quitter. Tout à 3 minutes de Saint-Jorioz et 20 minutes d'Annecy pour un peu de tourisme. J'ai adoré ! J'espère revenir.

L'endroit était tel que nous l'imaginions ! Très relaxant, et très accessible avec notre fille en fauteuil roulant. L'espace du bas était 100% adapté ! Très spacieux et confortable ! La piscine nous manque déjà ! L'agence est superbe ! Super sympathique et très à l'écoute. Nous reviendrons assurément !

Nous avons vraiment apprécié le séjour. L'hôte nous a vraiment beaucoup aidés. Hautement recommandé. J'espère revenir pour pouvoir profiter de la piscine et des environs du lac d'Annecy. C'était super et nous avons créé de magnifiques souvenirs en famille.

A very pleasurable stay and would definitely return. House very near amenities such as shopping centre and local restaurants while in very close proximity to the cycle path. The pictures of the house do not represent the full aspect of the house and a such it is much better than what you see!
