The home was close to a grocery store, easy access to the event place and shopping. I will look no further into any other place to stay when in this area. Love the place and our host was fabalous. “This house was the perfect place for my family and I to stay in while visiting family in Zephyrhills! It can be a bit tricky getting out of the driveway since this house sits on a busier road, but it’s completely doable. The pool in the back was just icing on the cake! My kids enjoyed it immensely! The entire pool area is enclosed in a screened porch making it so nice to enjoy in the evenings. We will definitely look to stay here again!”

“Could be cleaner.Roach crawling on silverware.No ventilation in bathroom.We were very warm because so called cooling system did not cool place hardly at all.We we’re miserable and could not wait to leave.Did not like well water cause no filter.pillows were terrible and ones on couch area dirty.”

“The property was very easy to locate! Ricardo was most accommodating answered questions very timely. Our only disappointment was not being able to use the TV although Ricardo did try to solve the problem we were never able to use it. Ricardo controls the temperature and we had to finally have him turn off the AC as it was freezing in the unit. Area between the 2 bedrooms could use a lamp for more light and a grab bar in the shower would be nice. The location was very convenient to our daughter……

“House was clean and comfortable. The backyard was the best - pool, hot tub and cabana with TV. We spent most of our time in the backyard enjoying all it had to offer. Owner was very accessible and accommodating.”

“Property was perfect for our group of 14, celebrating a graduation and 93rd birthday. Rooms were comfortable, kitchen had what we needed, and the pool was fantastic. Nice large yard to play games and lounge around in the beautiful Florida sunshine. There was space for downtime and for when the two 2-year olds needed their daily nap. The host was responsive to questions before and during the trip. Highly recommend !”

“Location is excellent and central to alot of things to do. Very nice neighborhood.The pool area and screans could use a little TLC with some newer lounge chairs. There were six ladies ranging in age 52 thru 62.”

“Rooms are small. Bed pillows small too. Room is clean and housekeeping is very helpful. A new washer and dryer in laundry room would be helpful. Dryer had some type of grease. Couldn’t use after washing clothes. Had to go to laundry mat. ”
