「環境舒適 櫃檯服務人員細心親切 很舒服的地方 很棒的經驗」

「Clean, quiet, accommodating to issues. Everything was sorted quickly when there were issues. Great overall.」

「An excellent choice if you have a car. Otherwise it is a bit out of the way. It is very clean and modern. Breakfast was simple but more than adequate. Some of the art is very strange 🙂」

「What a beautiful hidden gem! The pool, hot tubs and saunas were amazing to enjoy. And with large towels and robes provided you feel like a VIP. The room was gorgeous, with a beautiful balcony view of the garden. The staff was so amazing and helpful and truly went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our short stay. I’m also usually very picky about hotel cleanliness and despite it being an older building - it was beautiful and clean and everything felt new. What a perfect stay」

「Great breakfast 」

「Personeel is zeer vriendelijk, eten in het restaurant is top. Enkel het bed is aan de kleine kant.」

「Away from busy street and quiet area.」

「Place was perfect. Beautiful and comfortable.」

「Weinig service en onveilige stopcontacten」

「On a noisy main road. Place hadn’t been cleaned for a very long time. No mugs, poor cooking equipment and unusable oven. Cupboards woodwork broken. Microwave was broken. Electrics questionable with some sockets not working. In bedrooms furniture worn and dirty, so we lived out of our suitcases. It’s a shame, because it could be a lovely apartment. Balcony hadn’t been cleaned for a long time.」

「We came to Basel for a Euro 2025 football game. This apartment was great for getting to/from Basel, with a tram stop a 2min walk from the door. Parking available on site. Apartment was clean and modern, as described. Host was very easy to communicate with, very quick to respond. Would highly recommend this place for visits to Basel and the area. 」

「The apartment had everything I needed, even the washer! The host was very helpful and easy to communicate. I enjoyed my stay. 」
