We are glad to welcome you to our spacious "Villa Gioia****", located in La Rivière Saint-Louis. This welcoming villa, designed for 8 people, is ideally located to relax with family or friends.•New and modern accommodation (built in 2021)•Large garden with a heated swimming pool, outdoor shower, boules pitch and barbercue•Games area with table football•Sheets, towels, soaps, shampoos offered!•Fully equipped (connected TV, Wi-Fi, ...)•Housekeeping includedACCOMODATION: A large bright living room shared between a friendly space and a TV corner (smart tv and internet connection with fibre). A fully equipped kitchen designed for your stay, with all crockery and kitchen utensils, kettle, coffee maker, oven, microwave oven and a dishwasher. At the back of the kitchen, you will find a pantry with a washing machine and iron. A play area with table football and games for children. (Board games, badminton, petanque balls available) A first family room adapted to PMR standards and equipped with a king size bed, ceiling fan and storage space. It opens onto a private bathroom with walk-in shower, WC, and hairdryer. A second family bedroom, upstairs, configured in the same way as the first, with its own bathroom. It also has a large dressing room and a balcony with a 180° view of the garden, the Piton des Neiges, and the swimming pool. Maison spacieuse et environnement calme

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est très agréable et correctement équipée. Le jardin et le verger à proximité sont reposants. Nos enfants ont apprécié la piscine. Nous recommandons cette maison.
