Perfect Saint Malo apartment

The apartment is roomy, with all the amenities to take care of a family of four. We felt safe. It is close to grocery shopping as well as all that Saint Malo has to offer. The property manager was very helpful. We highly recommend.

Our family of 6 had an amazing and comfortable stay at this flat. The location is second to none . . . right in the heart of Saint-Malo old town. I really cannot say enough good things about the location. It was perfect. The apartment is very nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Our two 7 year olds and one 5 year old really enjoyed the "kids loft" (low ceiling so made for kids under 5 foot tall). Pascale went above and beyond to make the check in and check out super easy for us. I hope we can come back some day.

Perfect location et Très bel appartement!

It's been many years since I was in St. Malo and used to stay at hotels but this VRBO is centrally located and well-maintained. We were two couples and a 13 year-old son who happily had the mezzanine to himself. NOTE that there are two rooms with bath/shower but only one TOILETTE. And you will need to let the owner know whether or not you would like sheets/towels, which come at an extra fee. The main door to the street was always open for some reason, but we just kept closing it when we endtered or left. Overall, a wonderful place to stay!

Séjour sans-souci

Accueil professionnel et très chaleureux. Rien à critiquer en ce qui concerne l'appartement. Il est comme dans la description, très propre, grand et bien équipé. Les fenêtres des deux chambres à coucher sont du côté d'une cour intérieure et il n'y a donc pas de bruit de la rue qui pourrait déranger pendant la nuit. L'appartement est parfaitement situé pour accéder facilement aux attractions touristiques Intra-muros, aux magasins et aux plages. Et en profitant de l'offre pour un emplacement souterrain réservé pour la voiture, on peut aussi facilement visiter toutes les autres attractions touristiques de la région, sans devoir chercher un emplacement en retournant d'une visite. Lorsque nous retournerons à Saint-Malo, cette location sera notre premier choix.

Great Apartment with Amazing Location!

Beautiful apartment located in the heart of Saint-Malo. The apartment is fully equipped and modern. Step out of the front door and you're in the middle of the bustling life within the city walls. We parked our car right outside the city walls and didn't need it unless we were venturing to another city (e.g., Dinan). The entire city within the walls is walking distance. All the surrounding beaches and ferries are walking distance as well. Our family loved our stay and the hosts were incredibly helpful and friendly. Thank You!

L'un des appartements les mieux équipés que j'ai eu à louer sur Abritel ou Airbnb. La propreté était vraiment parfaite ainsi que le confort des matelas. Notre plus grande crainte en général. Merci aux propriétaires qui nous ont arrangé à notre arrivée.

Mitten im Leben…im Herzen von Saint Malo

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Ferienwoche in Saint-Malo verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Ausstattung ist toll. Hier wurde an alles gedacht. Pascal und seine Frau haben uns vor Ort begrüßt. Sie verwalten die Wohnung für die Eigentümer. Bei der Ankunft wurde uns gezeigt, wo wir parken können. Die dazu gebuchte Garage ist klasse und nur 5 Gehminuten vom Objekt entfernt. Pascal ist sehr herzlich und er und seine Frau haben uns auch mit dem Gepäck geholfen. Die Wohnung ist ein Traum. Oben ruhig und direkt hinter der Haustür steht man mitten im Leben. Super Zuschnitt, hohe Decken, tolles Raumgefühl. Viel Platz für die mitgebrachten Kleidungsstücke. Der nächste Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke und sit von 7-21 Uhr geöffnet. Würden wir sofort wieder buchen.

Appartement en tout correspondant a la description et aux photos voir même mieux du fait de la surface 110m2 et des très haut plafonds ! Appart refait complètement très recement, Hyper propre, déco à notre goût. Cuisine très complète. 2 sdb ... pour les familles avec ado ou 2 couples c est idéal. La seconde chambre avec mezzanine est suffisamment bien faite pour que ceux qui y dorment aient leur propre espace. Localisation intra-muros pas.beso8n de voiture !!! Les chambres donnent sur une cours intérieure donc très calme. Bref je recommande sans hésitation.
