This charming lower villa with full sea view is located near the beach, restaurants and shops. Comfortable, this garden level will satisfy you during your stay.
The accommodation is composed of a bright living room, an equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a sleeping area, a bathroom with shower and bathtub and a separate toilet.

You will also benefit from a large private terrace with a gate leading you to the beach in 5 minutes.

A private parking space completes this property.

The accommodation is located 2 steps from the sea shuttle pier (price of a bus ticket) to go for a walk in Toulon.

We accept holiday vouchers (depending on the booking platform).
Linen, towels and end of stay cleaning are not included.

Beau potentiel mais à améliorer...

Très belle vue pour cette location ! En revanche, le ménage à notre arrivée laissait à désirer (nous avons nettoyé le frigo, de la vaisselle, la salle de bains). Point très négatif : la literie. Un clic clac pour le lit 2 places, avec la limite des deux matelas dans le dos toute la semaine. Et les matelas des lits enfants plus que légers (on sentait les lattes du sommier à travers). Dernier point, il est annoncé 2 chambres dans l'annonce mais il n'y en a qu'une. Le couchage 2 places est en réalité un coin nuit ouvert sur le séjour (sans porte). Dommage... la vue sur mer ne fait pas tout !
