The location of this cottage provides easy access to the Bergerac region's attractions (Bergerac Old Town and renowned vineyards) and to the Vézère Valley (prehistoric sites, Lascaux 4 International Center for Cave Art in Montignac) and the Dordogne Valley (castles, villages, etc.).

We are a small town of 150 inhabitants (population on 01/01/2017) located in the Louyre, Sérouze and Barbeyrol valley, 22 km north-east of Bergerac and 10 km north of Lalinde, in a fertile region where polyculture and animal husbandry are practiced.
