Gorgeous home in St. Martin des Combes

Located in the charming hamlet of Anguneau welcomes you this beautiful vacation home with pool not far from the town of Bergerac. The property is located at the end of a small road and is a very beautiful house in the typical architectural style of the region or the Périgord. It features an original dovecote, now perfectly renovated and integrated, a charming and timeless interior and large rooms, including a spacious entrance hall. Upstairs, a bright bathroom with tub awaits you, and the kitchen impresses with modern equipment, including good freezing facilities and wine refrigerators for optimal storage of your best wines from the region. On the 25 hectares of land that surrounds the property grow several protected forests with beautiful clearings. Stroll here in peace while enjoying the tranquility of the surroundings. The large, green garden with a pleasant bench and trees that cast a pleasant shade is an ideal place to relax. Children will also feel at home in this rural setting and can look forward to a wooden playhouse and a ping-pong table. Late at night, you can watch the starry sky while indulging in sweet dreams. Sunbathe on your two beautiful terraces and then cool off in the Asian-style pool. Outside this little vacation paradise, a region with many unique treasures for young and old lies at your feet.

Ein wunderbares Ferienhaus mit kompletter Ausstattung, schönem Pool und sehr ruhig gelegen. Leider erst vor Abreise entdeckt: eine aktive Überwachungskamera im Aussenbereich.
