“The house was great and nice area!”

“Our second stay at this property and we enjoyed ourselves as much as the first time. House is very well appointed, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen and nice furniture. We utilized the dock, fire pit and screened in porch every day of our stay. Good local restaurants, quick drive to wineries, breweries and other local attractions. We love The Roberts Rivah house.”

“Overall it was a great experience. The house is huge, there are 2 living rooms, plenty of bathrooms for the amount of beds that are there. The views were amazing. There were a few things we didn’t have access too only because we stayed during the off season and one thing that we were told we would have access too but after we checked in we’re told it was under renovation; the bocce ball area. Overall a great stay. Not a lot to do in the area during off season but I could see it being an amazing……

“We spent the weekend relaxing in the outdoors with family. We kayaked, had an outdoor fire and enjoyed the wildlife that floated or flew by.”

“What a fantastic property! We loved staying here and our family had such a great time exploring. Sadly it was a drizzly, dreary weekend but we had one nice day to go down to the beach and the kids enjoyed playing in the water. We loved the variety of porches to sit on and have different views and there was plenty of room for the kids to play indoors when it was raining. Overall a great experience. Thank you!”

“The house was nice and the property is spacious. Great views from the dining room table. A little steep heading down to the dock but not terrible. Very private setting, but also only 5 mins away from pretty much anything you could need. Some nice restaurants just across the bridge in Solomons Island. Would love to return in warmer weather to take advantage of the kayaks and water.”

“We had a small family reunion at Lazarus Point. The families came from north and south and met here. There was plenty of room for all of us. Awesome bedrooms and bathrooms. There was plenty of necessities to use in the home , which was very helpful since the stores are quite a distance away. We enjoyed fishing, kayaking, crabbing, boating, use of the hot tub, bird watching and relaxing all around the greats decks, dock and yard. Thank you for helping us enjoy a fun family vacation!”

“I was looking for a nice, quiet, and relaxing, vacation. This property did not disappoint. The house was comfortable, cozy, well stocked, and so clean. The view is incredible. Just sitting outside watching the river was so "Zen". I had one of the most restful vacations ever. I was there for a little over two weeks and I would have stayed longer if I could have, Kim, the host, was very friendly and helpful. I look forward to staying at this beautiful property again.”

“My family had a wonderful stay at Ivy Cove. We were in town for our niece’s wedding and it was close enough to participate in all family activities but far enough away to be a peaceful haven to relax. The house is beautiful. Beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed the fire pit and game room. The owner was fantastic. We would absolutely stay again in this amazing home.”

“An amazing, secluded property that is perfect for a family or friends getaway. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and there were plenty of bathrooms. The property could improve by having additional toilet paper, shower toiletries, and towels, but the kitchen was very well stocked and there was plenty of seating. It really is a great house.”

“Such a lovely stay. Super hosts. Property exceeded our expectations. Connie had the Cottage nice a cool for the hot, muggy weather. She came across from her home to help us in, gave us a tour and was so welcoming. She had left us water and snacks in the frig as well as a welcome basket on the counter with a card. We will be back for future visits. A delightful find!”
